Zilverline organizes Certified Scrummaster training with Henrik Kniberg

On June 16 and 17 Zilverline organizes a CSM training in Eemnes. This is an excellent opportunity to get first hand experience from very experienced Agile trainers. Henrik Kniberg and Michael Franken will teach you the ins and outs of being a successful Scrum master.


The training location is at Witte Bergen in Eemnes (at the highways A1/A27).

The two day training fee is 1495,= euro ex. VAT, including course material,
registration as Certified ProductOwner with the Scrum Alliance, refreshments, coffee and thee, and lunch.

Details of the training

Learn the essentials of working as a ScrumMaster or Scrum team
member in this course. While the Scrum Alliance provides a list of core
concepts that must be covered in the class, each instructor creates his
or her own material, allowing courses to differ based on the strengths,
interests, and experiences of the instructor.

This hands-on, interactive two-day course will teach you:

* How to be an effective Scrum Master
* Improve teamwork
* Launch products sooner
* Improve engineering practices to deliver high-quality products

Upon successful completion of this course, each participant will be
enrolled as a Certified ScrumMaster, which includes a one-year Scrum
Alliance membership, where additional ScrumMaster-only material and
information is available.

Attendees will be served lunch, morning and afternoon team and receive a bound copy of the training materials.

Applicable to all levels and roles including Managers, Designers, Developers, Testers, Executives, Project Managers and IT.
Recommended reading

No prior knowledge of Scrum or Agile methods is required although some
prior reading is recommended. A good getting started guide can be found

About the Trainers

Henrik Kniberg is an agile coach at Crisp
in Stockholm. During the past 10 years Henrik has been CTO of 3 Swedish
IT companies and helped many more get started with agile and lean
software development. Henrik is a Certified Scrum Trainer and does
regular training and coaching together with Jeff Sutherland, co-creator
of Scrum.

Henrik's book “Scrum and XP from the Trenches
has over 100,000 readers, has been translated to 6 languages, and is
one of the most popular books on the topic. Henrik is an experienced
teacher and speaker, he has won "best speaker" awards on two
international conferences.

Michael Franken is an Agile Management Consultant, Trainer and
Coach, as well as an Enterprise Architect. He runs his own firm
Zilverline (www.zilverline.com). 

Michael is an experienced Enterprise Java architect that continually
aims to combine productivity and quality. He combines technical skills
with business sense and entrepreneurship. He is a great evangelist of
Agile principles and practices, and has successfully introduced SCRUM
in many places in the Netherlands (in cooperation with Jeff
Sutherland). He's been (and still continues to) promoting lightweight
development and the Spring Framework in particular.

De 26 multifunctionele zalen van Hotel Hilversum - de Witte Bergen bieden mogelijkheden voor al uw feestelijkheden en zakelijke bijeenkomsten. De zaalcapaciteit varieert van 10 personen tot en met 350 personen.
